3. Returning Your Items
Once your return is authorized, we will ask you to send the item back to us at the address provided. Please ensure that:
- The product is securely packed to prevent damage during shipping.
- All original packaging, tags, and accessories are included.
- You use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance for items over a certain value (if applicable). This helps ensure the safe return of your items.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., a wrong or defective product). In such cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
4. Refund or Exchange

How Long Does the Refund Take?
Refunds will be processed once we receive the returned items and inspect them. Generally, this can take between 5 to 7 business days from the date we receive the return. Once processed, the funds will be returned to the original payment method you used at checkout.
